nSight 2026 Hotel Reservations
All the information for booking your nSight 2026 hotel reservation can be found below. You must book your hotel reservation through Orchid Events to receive the discounted rates.
Book your Hotel
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and some properties may sell out earlier than others. All reservations must be made by April 17, 2026 to guarantee discounted rates. You can book online via the link below:
Hotel Advisory
Orchid Events is the only official housing partner for nSight 2026. Any offers from other travel companies and/or other housing agencies are not endorsed by nSight, and there is no guarantee your reservation will be confirmed. If you are contacted by any other company claiming to represent housing for nSight, please notify us. Ensure you’re booking your hotel directly from this website to guarantee your reservation and access the lowest rates and prime locations.
Deposit
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card will not be charged* during this initial stage but will be held as a guarantee.
Note: Your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel after a certain date. See cancellation details below.
Cancellations & Changes
Reservations may be canceled without penalty until April 3, 2026. After this date, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Your hotel may charge one night’s room rate and tax if you cancel within 72 hours of arrival date. Through April 17, 2026 changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via e-mail at help@orchid.events.
After April 17, 2026, contact your hotel to make changes and/or cancellations. Hotel may charge an early departure fee if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.
Reservation Acknowledgement
Orchid Events will send a reservation acknowledgement within 24 hours via email if you book online or by phone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive written confirmation directly from your hotel until closer to the event.
The hotel will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
